PET POLICY:
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 35 pounds.
Each pet must be individually approved by management.
Breed restrictions apply.
$300 deposit per pet ($150 non-refundable pet fee)
Monthly pet rent of $30.00 per pet.
